Myself comfort is worth spending more money.

If I were faced with this,would just jack enough to not have weight of trailer on slab,ground,gravel or what ever.
Then when get ready to travel check tires to see if road worthy.

I would find some thing worth while to worry about.
Sound like you have a very reasonable bill.
When I use my TT at home for visitors or us it will run bill up about $30.00.
